FAQ about this website (where-you-are.net)

  1. Is this website (where-you-are.net) an official Opus Dei website? No, this website is not an official Opus Dei website. It is being used to keep men interested in activities of Opus Dei and the spirituality of St. Josemaria informed and connected. It is just a tool, in the same way a center of Opus Dei may decide to use Google Drive or any other platform to share information.
  2. Is this open to everyone? Yes, this website is open to all men interested in the spirituality of St. Josemaria, without restrictions of location, age, occupation, level of involvement with Opus Dei,  etc.
  3. Is this limited to people in Houston, Texas, the South or the US? The majority of people signed as of September 2020 are in Texas, but the website is open to anyone without any restrictions on location, age, etc.
  4. Is this website only for men? Since activities of Opus Dei for women and men are separate, it makes sense to us to limit this website to those interested in men's activities.
  5. I am a member or a Cooperator of Opus Dei, do I need to sign up? Of course not. We would like everyone interested to sign up, but if someone does not feel comfortable, obviously he should not do it. On the other hand, it may be useful to be aware that it is possible to control which information you want to share with other members of the website (Social).
